Joe Maddock, 34, owns and operates Maddock Insurance Group, an insurance and consulting firm specializing in improving the healthcare industry and positively impacting small business and their employees. The rapidly changing healthcare industry requires Maddock to maintain a forward-thinking approach that constantly adapts to the small business community's needs.

Maddock’s commitment to serving the citizens and businesses of Jefferson County extends far past his own industry. Maddock currently serves as Treasurer for the Arnold Chamber of Commerce. In 2023, the Arnold Chamber awarded him the Don Earl Citizen of the Year. His community service also extends to serving on the Jefferson County Merit System Commission, advising the county regarding its Employee Merit System. Maddock was recognized by the Arnold Rotary Club as “2022-2023 Rotarian of the Year,” recognizing his outstanding dedication and service to the Arnold community.

Maddock is actively involved in Jefferson County's conservative politics. Under Maddock’s leadership as President, the Jefferson County Republican Club has grown exponentially in membership and community activism. Maddock urges improved communication and a focused approach to common goals within politics during his frequent meetings with elected officials, community leaders, and the GOP Central Committee. His problem-solving mindset and advocacy for County issues have gained him respect across Jefferson County and the Missouri Republican Party as a devoted and effective young leader.

Maddock studied Accounting and Business Administration at Missouri State University, where he met his wife, Cara. Recognizing the need to start their family in a strong and dependable community, they chose to live in Jefferson County. Maddock and Cara are now raising their three young boys in the city of Arnold.
